The stellate blooms on this tropical waterlily stand tall  (6 - 12 inches) above the surface of the water and the lovely green pads.
Rhonda Kay Tropical Waterlily is an incredible hybrid is from hybridizer, Ken Landon, the Director of the International Water Garden Collection in San Angelo Texas. Rhonda Kay Waterlily is a HEAVY BLOOMER and has a  medium sized spread of 5 - 8 feet. 

Planting instructions

Plant Rhonda Kay Annual Waterlily in a large (3 - 7 gallon) container using heavy loam soil, place in full sun 6 - 24 inches beneath the surface of the water.
Deeper depth is for more mature plants.
