Shipping Schedule

80% of the orders we ship will be in spring... Please note how we ship in the season you are ordering below. 

Yes! We send confirmation emails when the order is placed and when order ships from our nursery so you can track the order and be ready to plant, then acclimate any transplanted plants when necessary. Please follow our instructions and send any emails to PondQuestions@gmail.com immediately with questions; include photos, and if any items are missing, include a photo of the packing slip with the packer's initials so we can answer your questions. 

Summer Shipping Schedule (June 5th to September)
Most Live orders ship the following Monday and Tuesday for arrival by that weekend. 
Non-live orders ship in 1-3 shipping days. Shipping days are weekdays. 
Please do not order pond snails to locations over 90 degrees unless at your own risk. Shipping snails in cooler conditions is better.

Fall / Winter Shipping Schedule  
Orders with LIVE Goods (Plants / Animals) will be held and shipped only at the designated proper spring planting time, as seen on the Spring Shipping Map below unless other arrangements are made with us BEFORE ordering. Very few plants are available to ship in off-season months, so please email us and let us know if plants are needed before spring. Canceling orders will incur a fee for the transaction fee we incur from taking the order as well as the processing. An order cancellation fee is $15 or 3.5% of the order's total if above $15 as of August 2024.

All orders placed from fall through the spring will ship Beginning for your location on the map below and then continue through the summer. 

Note if you place an order in the middle of the busier part of the spring shipping season after we have already begun shipping to your area you may have to wait a few days for us to work in new orders. Please have some patience in the middle of the Spring shipping season as we have thousands of pre-season orders placed and set to ship each week in April and May each year. There are only two or three shipping days in each week during this period; note also just two shipping days in the last two weeks in May because of the long Memorial Day weekend. Please be patient when expecting deliveries during this busy time of year; all the orders will go out.
