The low sun angle in winter sends many plants into full dormancy (sleep) even into the deep south. We get many requests from warm locations like South Florida, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and so on that want to plant in winter months. Here are the plants that can ship to these warm locations, note though they wont grow rapidly as they will in late spring and summer even if very warm until the sun is high in the sky as that is the main signal to the plants to grow.
