Buy Live Tadpoles and Pond Snails, when these arrive
1. Take them directly to the pond, Stay cool and in shade during the process. 
2. At the pond, open the bag and add some pond water to the bag. Up to 50%
3. Wait just 2 minutes for the water to acclimate and gently add animals to the water. Snails will sit around for some time but move over the next 10-18 hours. 

• Do not float bags or let acclimate for long periods of time, 
• Do not wait to add to the pond or open the bag to let fresh air in, we have used an oxygen tank and animals die more quickly from an opened bag and poor water than a sealed bag and poor water.
